The location and rooms were very quiet, with very helpful staff. The cost of the stay was great value and the breakfast had a really good selection, overall fantastic value.
The decor needed to be updated inside and outside the hotel.

We needed a place for shopping, everything was perfect. The hotel was well priced with magnificent and perfect location close to a nearby shopping centre, and a university campus. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and excellent, they made the stay fairly nice!

The best part of staying over at this 'hotel' was the weather. Lovely. The rooms looked alright and clean.
This 'hotel' (I say 'hotel' because it is an management institute) is being displayed nicer on the internet than it actually is. Somewhere in the sixties/seventies the building was the Russian ambassy and - in all fairness - never done up, it looks like a run down depressing eastern Europe buidling. It is OK for an overnight stay, but make sure you arrive late, because there are no nice facilities (you'll receive a list for ordering in from a chipper), nor surroundings. The telly will help you to get through the evening...

The pictures of it are way out of date looks run down from the outside needs a painting job asap . But the rooms where clean , hotel staff were okay not that helpful but if your just looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing else then the hotel is okay
